2,600 square feet, 30 people an hour

I have around 2600 square feet.

I have to accommodate 25-30 people an hour during the training hour.

No one should wait more than 90 seconds for any piece of equipment. We manage this using a combination of programming and logistics.

We have 8 spots in the squat rack, 7 pulley stations, 8 barbells, 3 ladder squats, 4 trap bars, 8 t-bells, 5 glute hams, 6 stations for push ups, 8 stations for pull ups/hangs. Basically, we strategically stock our gym with things we need and use a lot. There is no room for equipment that is not versatile or absolutely essential.

Occupy the corners. And push things close to the wall. This is a no brainer. Give room in the middle to navigate. And move the heavy lifting and voluminous objects to the corner.

Lots of ventilation. 10 fans. And of course the sea.

Could we use 1500 square feet more ? Hell yes. Is it available within a kilometer of our current location with the same catchment, quiet, view and vibe? Sadly no.
